HRGA (Human Resource and General Affair) Officer

Requirements

  • Female, max. 26 year old.
  • S1 Psychology or Human Resource Management with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university
  • Multitasking and have strong attenttion in detail
  • Fast and hard worker
  • Ability to operate Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English both oral and written

GA Officer

Key Business / Client Group

  • Oversees all General Administration aspects of Metra Holding company and report to HR & GA manager. Work directly with all levels of management and demonstrate hands-on general administration processes with the ability to recommend and effect changes.

Purpose of Job

  • The candidate will be expected to assume general administration function to achieve effective and efficient running office administrative services

Major Accountabilities

  • Manage office logistics and assets (incl. purchasing, facility administration, office assets administration)
  • Ensure efficient running of office administrative services (incl. office facilities, security and cleaning service provider)

Success Metrics

  • Cost saving
  • Rent/ lease cost
  • Utilization rate of company’s facilities
  • Minimum employee complaints

Key Responsibilities / Activities

  • Ensure office general administration are run smoothly (incl. office/ transportation leasing documentation, asset records)
  • Manage and maintain office facilities; incl. repair and maintenance activities and security

Qualification

  • Female, max 30 years old
  • Bachelor degree (from reputable university) in any discipline.
  • GPA Min. 3.00
  • 2 - 4 years GA experience.
  • Strong people and communication skills; possess the ability to report and communicate at all levels within the organization.
  • Possess a working understanding of general administration concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
