HSE Management System Team Leader (HSEMS TL) - Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Lead to review and revitalize existing HSEMS for company.
- Manage the business process of the HSEMS implementation including performance management tools development
- Develop the HSEMS Manual and Procedures required including the relevant standards and regulations
- Manage the systematic and powerful database of HSE Compliance, Performance Analysis and Reporting internal & external
- Champion of the HSEMS, Standard and Policy compliance regular audits
- Vocal point of the quality control of the HSEMS Audits and HSE actions closures
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor degree in Engineering or equal and Master degree will be advantage
- Hold ISO Auditor certification or equal will be advantage
- Assertive communication skill in both Indonesia and English languages
- Min. 10 years experience in Industrial HSEMS with 5 years in Oil & Gas Industry HSEMS
- Experience to lead a team to set up and to manage HSEMS effective implementation
- Experience in champion HSEMS Audit facilitation and follow up actions performance control/ monitor
