Presenter / Reporter (REP)

Requirements

  • Min. D3 degree from reputable university
  • Max. 27 years old
  • Good looking and camera face, energetic
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
  • Good command of English both written and spoken

Wadrobe Person (WP)

Requirements

  • Min. D3 Degree preferably in Fashion
  • Have experience as wardrobe person in TV station or Production House
  • Have good ability in costume  design & modification

Assessor for Employee Assesment

Requirements

  • Psychologist, preferably graduated from reputable university
  • Min. 2 years experience as professional Assessor or Recruitment Specialist
  • Have good understanding of psychological assessment and competency-based assessment methodology
  • Good analytical thinking, interpersonal and communication skill
  • Computer literate
  • Good command of English

Program Director

Requirements

  • Min. D3 degree in any discipline from reputable university
  • Have excellent knowledge and skill to operate multi-camera
  • Min. 3  years experience in TV program production
  • Talented individual who has a strong drive to be the best and able to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill

Recruitment Staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology, preferably graduated from reputable university
  • Age Max. 28 years old
  • Have good understanding of psychological tools and recruitment methodology
