In order to support the expansion of our sales and manufacturing activities located in the Eastern Part of Jabodetabek Area where we employ around 600 people with annual turnover of US$ 80 million, we are looking for talent to fill up following positions :
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Your Role
- You will be responsible for the installation of all electrical systems and wiring of new equipment
- You will read and study the electrical drawings and will ensure that after installation the equipment and PLCs are running properly
- In the operation stage you will be responsible for conducting the accidental and preventive maintenance and contribute in achieving the output and uptime targets of the production department
- Together with small team of specialized electrical technicians who will be reporting to you, you will be responsible for conducting the daily maintenance activities
- You will report directly to the maintenance manager
- You hold a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering with min 5 years experience in electrical troubleshooting and installation of machines
- You have a strong knowledge in programming/troubleshooting of PLC and AC Drives
- You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills with proven hands-on experience
- You want to get the things done and enjoy working in a team
- Excellent speaking and writing ability of English supported with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Your Role
- You will conduct the mechanical installation of new equipment
- You will read and study the mechanical drawings and will ensure that after installation the equipment is running properly

- You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills with proven hands-on experience
- You want to get the things done and enjoy working in a team
- Good speaking and writing ability of English supported with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Autocad.
Your Role
- You will assist Maintenance Manager in handling on running projects
- You will plan and schedule the project's timeline and arrange details with suppliers and contractors
- You able to execute all the project's planning with minimal supervision
- You will report directly to the maintenance manager
- You hold a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering with min 5 years experience in handling project
- You have experience in handling M & E project with value around IDR 200 million
- Preferably have experience in handling civil project
- Excellent speaking and writing ability of English supported with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Autocad
Your Role
- You will manage the whole operation of the plant to support the sales demand and growth
- You will prepare X+1 plan (staffing, capacity planning, investments)
- You will define the KPI's for the whole operation and ensures the deployment down to the work floor
- You will organize and manage all the departments to meet plant targets
- Your Profile
- You hold a Bachelor degree in Engineering with min 7 years experience in production and technical
- Familiar to relating aspect in production, maintenance, safety and environment, financial issue, and able to handle industrial relations
- Excellent speaking and writing ability of English supported with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Your Role
- You will lead a shift operation and achieve volume, safety, productivity and quality target and deliver your part in eliminating waste
- You will develop & coach your team members and encourage them to achieve production targets
- You hold a minimum a bachelor degree in Engineering (preferably: mechanical, industrial or electrical) with min GPA 3.00.
- You have minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
- You have strong leadership and good in planning and execution.

Your Role
- You will assist your supervisor to handle product sample testing
- You will analyze the samples data, making reports, and propose effective approach
- You will assist your supervisor in making standard operating procedure
- You will working closely with Sales and Production department to provide testing data and report to be sent to customers
- Have a minimum Chemical High School degree
- Have minimum 2 year of working experience in testing and laboratorium area
- Good team work, cooperative, and eager to learn new knowledge
- Good knowledge in English speaking and writing ability supported with good knowledge of MS Office.
Your Role
- You will manage the day-to-day commercial relationship with the customers
- You will propose, develop, and deliver sales objectives (X+1) in line with the regional and global strategy
- You will develop market intelligence and detailed understanding of the market (customers, competitors, market sizes, technology developments and business development opportunities)
- You have a university degree in Commercial or Engineering
- You have over than 5 years of working experience, with proven performance in Sales and Marketing
- You have strong negotiation skills
- You have excellent customer focus and communication skills

Your Role
- You will answer all customer inquiries related to the product availability and delivery dates
- You will process incoming orders in SAP and coordinate all the pre-shipment and after shipment activities
- You will develop and maintain an excellent relationship with your customers by responding timely to all their inquiries and meeting their demands
- Well organized, have a high sense of urgency and work very independently
- You will handle the inquiries-order-deliveries as one cycle of work and communicate well with production and technical department to fulfill all the customer needs
- You hold a D3 or S1 degree in Economy, Accounting, or Logistis with 2-3 years experience in internal sales, shipping, exim, or logistics
- Excellent speaking and writing knowledge of English, and good computer skills.
- Excellent in SAP or other ERP software is an advantage
Your Role
- You will gather, analyse and report on regional market intelligence
- You will develop and issue monthly marketing intelligence reports covering trade flows, customer and competitor activity and market shares
- You will build network of information sources, both primary and secondary, utilising local sales teams
- You will work in conjunction with the global market intelligence team to provide timely and accurate data for strategy development
- You will develop understanding of the business dynamics within the region
- You have university degree, MBA a plus, with at least 3 years of work experience
- You have knowledge of and experienced in analysing and sharing information and intelligence.
- You are analytical with proven capacity to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Able to travel and work within a global and multicultural organisation
- Experience in the rubber related or composite reinforcement industry would be a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent speaking and writing ability of English supporte with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Your Role
- Through prospection and ongoing contact with customers, you will perform all commercial activities needed to achieve targets in terms of sales volume, profitability, market share and new product development
- You will develop good knowledge of the market by collecting and analyzing market information about customers, competitors and industry trends
- You will coordinate and follow up technical support and after sales service in order to reach maximum customer satisfaction
- You will handle customer complaints in order to ensure optimal solution for both the customer and Bekaert
- You will follow up accounts receivables and stimulate all necessary actions in order to ensure timely payment
- You will directly report to the regional sales manager
- You hold a Bachelor degree with at least 5 years experience in business to business sales
- You have a solid experience in exploring and developing new markets
- You possess very strong communication skills both written and oral and you are result oriented
- You are prepared to travel intensively within Indonesia

- During the project stage, you will install mechanical equipments or electrical lines for the new plant and ensure the installed equipments are running properly
- During the operation stage, you will do mechanical maintenance or preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
- You hold a Technical High School or Diploma degree in Electrical or Mechanical with min 2 years experience in electrical or mechanical installation
