Job Description
- Design a site plan according to the drilling operation needs
- Prepare RAB / Budgeting Site Preparation and monitor its implementation (OE)
- Prepare time schedule of project execution as a whole and the work items to be carried
- Prepare and create the necessary SOP
- Prepare and create the equipment and labor needs
- Ensure all equipment and materials are available for each job
- Inspect and evaluate equipment & material
- Evaluate the jobs report, communicating with field experts, provide instructions and suggestions for any improvement
- Communicate, coordinate and report
- Ensure the administration is organized well

- Bachelor (S1) degree majoring in Civil Engineering with minimum 3 years working experience in construction and site / field preparation of oil and gas drilling

Accounting Officer (07/PHECBM)
Job Description
- Directs and coordinate financing and payment of debt
- Ensure all documents related to accounting activities is recorded in the books accurately and correctly
- Ascertain and calculate the tax liabilities
- Prepare monthly tax reports to be reported to the KPP
- Analyzing and take records of third-party and workers costs into the applicable accounting system (SAP)
- Ensure that all records in the material books is can be disclosed
- Verify and cross check the funds
- Checks the validity of general invoice

Logistic Officer (08/PHECBM)
Job Description
- Manage the logistics for CBM operational purposes
- Monitor the implementation of operation and estimated operating requirements on an ongoing basis
- Review stock condition
- Setting up & propose the budget for material management operation
- Contribute ideas and concept to the team on the work
- Check the completeness and accuracy of PR
- Compose the time plan to carry out stock opname, GR, GI
- Evaluate the material needs
- Participate in supervising physical inspection activities that performed by the end user
- Make a master list of companies that imported goods in accordance with the applicable provisions
- Assist supervising and evaluating the performance of partners in related to supply of goods
- Handle the explosives warehouse license and its use
Job Requirement
- Bachelor (S1) degree majoring in Economic / Law / Engineering with 3 years working experience in similar field
- Able to process the Company's goods and services procurement in accordance with procedures
- Possess PTK 007 certificate
- Proficient in English both written and spoken
- Possess an extensive knowledge regarding the goods and services procurement. Corporate Law including regulations relating to the procurement of goods / services in the oil and gas
