Procurement Executive - Merak
Role Synopsis
- The Procurement executive has primaly responsibility for leading the day to day procurement activities in Lubricant Blending Plant. He/She will search the market for value added supplier to support the Plant operation in effective and cost-efficient manner.
Key Accountabilities
- To ensure all Purchases are executed with adherence to Procurement Process & delegation of authorities.
- To seek to do business with third party that meets company expectation on HSSE requirement and able to deliver maximum value added for Global Supply Chain.
- To manage the Plant demand on goods and service, identify the must-do purchase and able to offer alternatives for the required goods and services.
- To ensure that all the PO accurately generated according to requirement from the requestor and all price must be approved by line manager.
Essential Education
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering or Accounting
Essential Experience and Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience in Procurement
- Strong negotiation skill.
- Computer literate and familiar with ERP system, preferably JD Edwards.
- Broad knowledge on packaging market, engineering supplies and services.
Desirable Criteria & Qualifications
- Sound knowledge in budgeting and accounting is preferred.

Cost & Performance Analyst - Jakarta
Role Synopsis
- The Cost & Performance Analyst implements and maintains BP Cost database system. This is to monitor and track the overall budget, forecast and actual cost. The Project Cost & Performance Analyst is responsible to monitor all cost data provided by contractor assigned to the project, participating in the project management of change process, coding of all requisitions, contracts, invoices, estimate and maintain all required cost logs and registers.
Key Accountabilities
- Validate contractor data for accuracy and compliance to project controls requirement stated in the contract.
- Implement BP cost Database System for cost management and reporting.
- Develop and maintain a phased forecast profile based on Value of Work Done (VOWD) and use this to compare variances with actual VOWD and control budget
- Develop and maintain process to track actual booked costs.
- Verify Contractor Invoices to comply with contract terms and condition
- Develop and maintain invoice Register in BP Cost Database system, ensuring all supporting documentation is readily available for audit purpose with partners for efficient cost recovery
- Monitor change orders and maintain detailed records of project decisions and contractor actions
Essential Education
- At minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering major from reputable university
Essential Experience and Job Requirements
- At minimum 8 years work experience in cost control position in oil and gas industry
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in major capital project
- Strong communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Desirable Criteria & Qualifications
- Experiences in all MPCP strategies is desired, but preference will be given to Appraise-Execute stage experience
