Officer Finance MI Reporting - Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

  • Perform the technical aspect of the production of financial Management Information using HSBC MI (HMI) system in order to provide an accurate and timely MI Financial Reporting.
  • Need to cooperate with parties out of his/her team, engaging the preparation of the report or responding to queries from business. The main customer for the reports will be ASP, business and IMO management (i.e. EXCO).

Requirements
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Hold a minimum bachelor degree from reputable university.
  • Has knowledge of basic accounting and is English literate with minimum 2-3 years working experience in public accountant is a plus.
  • Ms. Excel proficient is a must. Strong technical system database knowledge (i.e. SQL or Access) would be a clear advantage.
  • Proactive, shows initiatives in understanding issues and looking for solutions.
  • Is committed to meet the team's goal and able to work under time pressure.
  • Is able to work well within team and also work independently.
  • Good analytical and logical thinking.
  • Interested to work with detail and strive for accuracy.
Assistant Manager Information Security Risk - Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will responsible for overseeing the testing and implementation of security controls, administering security parameters, ensuring timely completion and compliance with established internal standards. The job holder handles the daily calls and inquiries and responds independently to routine issues and questions.

Requirements
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Hold a minimum of Bachelor degree in Information Technology related field or equivalent experience.
  • Has minimum 3 years experience working in an IT related job is preferable.
  • Strong communications, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with personal computer applications.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of credibility and integrity.
